MACstrong is 6
6 months that is! seriously, its been an enjoyable time and great learning experience. ¡Muchas gracias a todos mis clientes!
I was delighted to welcome my first US customers last week for a great week of biking to put the icing on the cake for 6 months of steady growth for MACstrong.
Rod and Michelle and now off to Greece for a spell before heading back to the mountains of Colorado. Many thanks guys for your custom and company. There was some new routes for me within our 6 days of biking - including the undulating, less-green landscape of the Roses/Cadaqués area near the French border. The climb to St. Pere de Rodes provided some breathtaking views. Here's how the altimetrias guys rate the climb, starting from Vilajuiga and, in the opposite direction, starting from El port de la Selva.
Bookings and enquiries are coming in steadily for the remainder of the summer and early autumn, with planning also in course for the winter 2006 camps next February and March. A good mix is being maintained between running and cycling 'aficionados'. I'll post some more information soon for local races - running, cycling and triathlon, that clients could complete during the remainder of 2005. There's also the chance of heading out on training rides with local running an cycling groups, including FC Barcelona and Triathlon Club Costa Brava.
Hope to see you over here soon! My shout for tapas.

What can be said about our Girona trip - good weather, great roads and climbs, good food and wine and good company. I can certainly recommend it for any cyclist whatever their ability.
